As modern living spaces develop, changes in bedroom sizes and configurations are calling for more flexibility in the sizes of furniture pieces. Thankfully, the Boulder Nightstand comes in three sizes. And like the rest of the Symmetry collection, it also includes two sets of drawer pulls (metal and walnut).

A favorite among our design team, the Backbay Accent Chest is a must have piece in the Monogram Walnut collection. Besides the mix of walnut wood tones contrasted with black, what makes the Backbay Accent Chest most unique is the concave bevel of each drawer front. By carving into the solid walnut, each drawer front creates a space for light to reflect with the character and grain of the wood. This shaping also plays in the overall personality of the chest as the visual lines of the drawers transition from one to the next. At a width of 46 inches and 36 inches tall, the Backbay Accent Chest can be used in a variety of spaces throughout the home. And since it features a flush end panel and leg design, it is also possible to bunch two of these together for larger spaces. The Backbay Accent Chest is also available in full Walnut.

Counter height dining (also referred to as gathering height) has been a growing trend in dining room interior design. It places the table surface at the same 36 inch height as modern kitchen counter tops. That makes it half-way between standard dining height (30") and bar height (42"). This height works great in open concept or kitchen spaces since it is comfortable for dining or simply entertaining in the kitchen. The Kimler counter height table makes it even better by adding a casual finish and all the benefits of solid wood construction. It also features our Kinguard Performance Finish which helps to protect the top in case of a spill.

The Kimler chair is essentially a counter height version of the Howell side chair. While it is designed to go with the Kimler gathering table in Plank Road, it is equally suited to work with built in kitchen islands that feature counter height or gathering height areas. As for the design, the solid wood that serves as the structural framework of the chair is designed to be exposed and part of the beauty of the piece. It is beautiful from both he front and the back of the chair. It also features a small nail-head trim that frames the seat and back upholstery.

The Ashburn walnut bed is among the most unique pieces in the Monogram Walnut collection. The beauty of this bed is best seen in confluence of subtle details and shapes that set it apart. The centerpiece of those details is the inward beveled solid walnut slats that create dimension and reflection. This allows light to interact with the natural grain of the walnut. A simple but carefully shaped frame creates the structure of the headboard, supporting the slats with a shelter bed. Each element is simple and at the same time intricate as they accentuate the the character of the walnut.
